ABOUT YOUR LENSES

Okay, you have your lenses, now what do you do?!

you need: a contact case, multi purpose solution (i recommend Complete)

What to do when you first get them?:
~open the bottle
~see diagram below
~soak the lens for at least 6 hours
~now you can wear them!

how to care for your lenses:
~At least once a week, thoroughly clean your lenses.
~put your lens on your clean palm
~take your solution and put many drops onto the lens. rinse it
~gently rub the lens (never in a circular motion! it can rip your lens), rub from the center outward
~clean your contact case and make sure it is dry
~put your lenses into the case
~fill the case with solution
~leave it in there overnight
~it would also be helpful if you have an ultrasonic cleaner: it heats the solution to clean the lens better. this is optional. they are about $30 on ebay
